Temazcal is an ancient indigena tradition which has transcended since the Maya an Tolteca cultures. Indigena people have practiced steam & purification bath for curative porposes. Our temazcal or steam house is based on curative methods, it helps clean the blood from impureness and naturally improves cardiovascular defences. The heat helps the elimination of fat through sweat, detoxing the body from unhealthy elements as uric acid, cholesterol and triglycerides, it`s helps in rheumatism, arthritis, digestion and lung problems.

Temazcal is one of the eldest still existing to contact the basic elements: earth, wind, water and fire.
